Ever since we stayed at Blair-Moore House, a few weeks ago, I cannot forget the smell of lavender! Yes, there were bowls of lavender sitting in every room. The shampoo and soaps were of lavender too. It was heavenly. I took the little bottle of shampoo, hoping to find it when I returned home. I did find it and can't wait until it arrives. I never really loved lavendar until we went to Scotland this last time and our hostess grew it so close on the sidewalk that you couldn't help but brush it when you walked by. She took the old blooms, dried them, and put them in the foyer. Before we left she gave me some "Arran Aromatics" lavendar lotion and it smells like Scotland to me. (sigh)
